Novoally products inherently support multiple divisions or business lines within the same company. You can configure multiple business lines, within the same company. The system will allow you to separate customers, suppliers and even products for the business lines, and restrict users to access one or multiple division with the same login. Like in the above example of an automotive company, a single company can deal in all types of vehicles but have split its business internally into 3 (light, motor and heavy) to track and focus separately.
The system will automatically create separate P&L statement for each division, provide a consolidated P&L statement for the company and a final Balance sheet including all the division transactions. The bifurcation of data within the system is so modular, that in future if you hive off your division to a separate company it can be done on a click of a button within the system allowing you to proceed with your business without disruption.
