  • Novosales guarantees complete security of data and no sharing/distribution or any misuse of your data.
  • Novosales would provide upgrades with the advent of new technologies at no extra cost.
  • Novosales will provide minimum of 99% of uptime for the product (novosales.com) and minimum of 98% for the product (novoquick.com). For product [mybusiness].com the uptime is totally dependent on your hardware and IT team.
  • 6 days a week, 10 Hrs a day direct telephonic support of the system in case of errors/issues for novosales.com users, 7 days a week, 12 Hrs a day for [mybusiness].com users, and anything between 2hrs to 48 hrs response for novoQuick.com users email support.
  • Critical Issue resolution within 2 hrs.
  • Application access is in your control and can be only accessed by your password. We recommend not to share your password with anyone you don’t trust. In case of password misuse, contact your administrator or send an email request to support to block and reset your password.
