| Jatin Shastri a founder and serves as a director since Jan 2006. He founded the company with a vision to create an on-demand information management service for SME market that would replace traditional enterprise software technology. A graduate of IIT Roorkee, he brings in 25+ years of exception industry experience to Novoally. In this capacity, he drives strategic direction, sales and account management and quality execution worldwide for Novoally product management, research and development, and customer support disciplines. Prior to Novoally, Mr.Jatin held various positions at Oracle & Goldman Sachs, where he led teams that supported the enterprise business system development and strategies of clients. He has also worked as independent business process engineering consultant for different MNC's in the European and Asian markets. |
Muthukumar Ranganathan is CTO of Novoally Software. He has worked as a technology executive and leader in industries as diverse as Software Development, financial services and telecom. Muthukumar's passion is leading talented, diverse, passionate people based on an entrepreneurial spirit, collaboration and 'can do' attitude. His experience in growing progressive teams is being applied to this unique and gifted group of experts. Muthukumar received an engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and executive management training from IIM Bangalore.
His experience ranages from systems programming and technology strategy to financial services and mergers & acquisitions for Sears Technology Services, Computer Associates and IBM.
